- Where do you ship to?
We currently ship domestically to all 50 U.S. states. Orders over $49.99 will enjoy free domestic shipping. For orders below $49.99, shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout.
- How about international shipping?
We would love to, eventually! Let us know on our socials where you jerky and nutty lovers would want to see us!
- Do I need to be home for when my jerky and snack mix arrives?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any guarantees on the security of deliveries. All orders are defaulted to "Authorized to Leave" upon delivery. We highly recommend arranging delivery to an attended address if this is a concern.
Please note that some snack mixes have chocolate and may be sensitive to long exposure to heat, especially during Summer months.
- How long does shipping take? Can I track my order?
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business day, but please keep in mind that we are a small business and all orders are processed and shipped by one person.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
*Please note that these are estimated shipping times only. If your order is time sensitive, please place your order earlier than needed! We also recommend joining our subscription box! You won't even have to think about when to order. Our mouthwatering jerky and delicious snack mixes will just show up at your doorstep!

- How long is the shelf life of your products?
Our jerky are vacuum sealed and has an official one year shelf life.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
- I have an allergy concern. Are your products packaged in a nut-free facility?
Our jerky and snack mixes are packaged in separate facilities. While we do our best to avoid cross contamination when packing snack mixes, please be aware that they are not packed in an exclusively nut-free area.
- Are any of your products gluten free?
We are now proudly offering two gluten-free jerky options! Introducing our Gluten-Free Black Pepper Beef Jerky and our Gluten-Free Sweet & Spicy Jerky! Equally delicious, made with a gluten-free soy sauce marinade.
